Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how you can return items purchased from our website and how refunds are processed.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.


Returns Eligibility

You may return items if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging intact

  • Not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewellery) cannot be returned unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@missmayfair.uk with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely with your order details included.

  4. Send the parcel using a tracked delivery service.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items and offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider, as processing times can vary.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@missmayfair.uk


International Returns

For orders shipped outside the UK, return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

 


This policy is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which provide a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
